Return and Exchange Policy

We ensure that every single product is quality checked before being shipped to our customers.

We have also made every effort to ensure that the colours of our products appear accurately on our website. However, with screens being different for different computers, mobiles and tablets, there might be a slight variation in colour.

Please note, we do not offer returns as we adhere to a made-to-order policy. Your purchase is eligible for an exchange within 10 days of delivery, only if it meets the following conditions:

Incorrect size:
In the event that, the garment delivered to you is not the correct size, it can be exchanged. Size exchanges are only available within the same piece.

Manufacturing defect:
If there is a defect in your garment or if you receive an incorrect garment that does not match the item in your confirmation email, your item will be exchanged.

Incorrect/Incomplete Shipping Address :
We request that you contact us immediately within 24 hours of placing your order if you believe that you have given us the wrong address. This will enable us to provide the correct shipping address and your order number. We will not be able to offer refunds if the address provided by you is incorrect or incomplete, or if three failed attempts have been made by our shipping partner.

You can request an exchange of your garment if it meets the above criteria by emailing us at info@echkeindia.com with your order number and specifications. For defective or incorrect items, please share images with us and ensure that the product you return is unused with the original tags in place.

After receiving your return, our team will run a quality check on the item and on approval of any fault, we will contact you to address your issue.
